I need to cancel my booking

You can cancel via your booking confirmation email or by contacting us. Cancellations 48+ hours before erection receive a full refund minus a £25 admin fee. Within 48 hours, a 50% refund applies.

I need to extend my scaffold hire

You can request an extension directly through your booking dashboard. The weekly extension rate is shown on your booking confirmation. Your scaffolder is notified automatically.

My scaffolder hasn't turned up

Contact us immediately. If a scaffolder fails to arrive on the agreed date, you will receive a full refund. We take no-shows very seriously.

I have an issue with the quality of work

Please raise a dispute through your booking dashboard or email us with photos. We mediate between you and the scaffolder and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I'm a scaffolder and want to join

Great! Visit our For Scaffolders page or email scaffolders@scafflink.co.uk. You'll need public liability insurance (£5m+), employer's liability, and CISRS cards for your operatives.
