How much does scaffolding cost?
It depends on the building type, scaffold configuration, and hire duration. A simple single-side scaffold on a semi-detached house starts from around £400 for 4 weeks. Use our quote builder for an instant price specific to your job.
Is my payment protected?
Yes. When you pay through ScaffLink, your money is held in escrow by Stripe. The scaffolding company only receives payment after you confirm the scaffold has been erected. If they don't show up, you get a full refund.
What if I need the scaffold for longer?
No problem. You can extend your hire through your dashboard at any time. The weekly extension rate is shown when you book so you know exactly what it'll cost. Your scaffolder is notified automatically.
Are the scaffolders vetted?
Every scaffolder on ScaffLink is verified before they can receive jobs. We check their public liability insurance (minimum £5m), employer's liability insurance, and CISRS cards for their operatives.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel 48+ hours before your erection date for a full refund minus a £25 admin fee. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. After erection, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered.
